TerylTeryl Rothery A Canadian actress, is known for her stage performances as well as in films and television. Janet Fraiser is her most popular role on Stargate SG-1. [1] She was the main character in Cedar Cove's Grace Sherman, as well as playing important roles like Muriel in Virgin River, Jean Loring, in Arrow and Celia Hudson, in Nancy Drew. Rothery has appeared in several television films. Rothery began dancing at the age of nine years old. In 1995, Rothery considered that this was the beginning of her career in entertainment. [2] She was 13 years old at the time she started dance lessons. At the age of 14, she was in Bye Bye Birdie and when she was 14 she performed she appeared in The Sound of Music at Marpole Community Theatre. In her early years she was a dancer on The Irish Rovers variety television show [2] and was a part in The Sound of Music when she was 14 years old.
