Jill Hennessy
This resident of Edmonton, Alberta has a multi-generational ancestry that includes Irish, Italian, Swedish, French and Ukranian. Jacqueline is her twin sister and also an actor. Jill learned to speak various languages, such as Italian, French, Spanish while growing to. Her interest in acting at the age of 12. When she was in Toronto, she began her professional career as an actor in David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers. She played an escort with their twin sisters. After that, she was studying improv in Second City under Deb Kimmet. She made the move back to New York two years later and signed a contract as the Detective Assistant Claire Kincaid in the hit longest-running drama Law & Order. During her three year run, she also spent time doing feature film roles such as RoboCop 3 (1993), Ron Howard's The Paper (1994), as well as I Shot Andy Warhol (1996).
